Senior Associate Lawyer – Regulatory / Finance (4 - 7 years of experience)

In order to support the growth of fund, regulatory and finance work for asset managers, TS&P is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join focusing on Regulatory / Finance work.

Requirements:
   » 4 - 7 years of experience as a lawyer in regulatory, alternative investment funds, and/or finance
   » Curiosity of legal developments in a complex and fast changing environment
   » Highest working standards and good organisational skills
   » Excellent communication and drafting skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity
   » Ability to multitask, set priorities and to work within deadlines
   » Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
   » Human qualities — open-minded and dynamic team player
 
Qualifications:
   » Qualified lawyer admitted to List I or List IV as a foreign lawyer
   » Relevant academic background for the regulatory / finance practice
   » Fluent in both English and German or both English and French
   » Any additional language or experience will be an asset
