Description de emploiWithin the Market Back Office Department of Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., the Securities Transactions Section is responsible for the preparation, processing and validation of portfolio transactions.In order to support the team in place, we are looking for a Securities Transactions Officer on a permanent contract. Your main tasks will be to: » Process Equities, Bonds, Reverse Repo transactions » Perform holding reconciliations and justify any situation break » Follow-up of pending items linked to securities transactions and effective communications with operational stakeholders » Complete and validate daily checklists » Follow-up of Nostro outstandings (securities and cash) » Perform monthly reports (KRI, KPI’s) » Participate actively in internal meetings » Ensure that internal procedures, process flows and user manuals are up to date. Job requirements: » Studies in Finance or Economic Sciences » Ideally a first experience in a back office situation in the securities processing area » Good knowledge of financial instruments and understanding of financial markets » Fluent in English » Good Knowledge of MS Office tools » Ability to work accurately, high attention to details is essential » Very good organisational skills » Manage priorities and respect of deadlines » Excellent team spirit with positive interaction » Be proactive, dynamic and motivated.
