Description de emploiIndustrial company located near the Luxembourg border is looking for a:Junior Customer Service As a Junior Customer Service, you will play a key role in managing the entire process of receiving and processing customer orders and forecasts. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, updating web portals, managing stock lists, handling queries, generating reports, attending customer meetings, and overseeing the launch of new projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing EDI services and ensuring service level agreements are met. Responsibilities: -Receive, process, and manage customer orders and sales forecasts with accuracy and efficiency. -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and concerns promptly. -Maintain stock lists, determine reorder points, and ensure optimal stock coverage in alignment with contractual obligations. -Participate in customer meetings, provide valuable insights, and support the launch of new projects. -Manage EDI services where applicable, ensuring smooth communication and data exchange between the company and its customers. -Monitor and track service level agreements, taking proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize customer service delivery. -Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in order management and customer service. -Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer service activities. Requirements: -A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. -Strong business acumen and understanding of customer service principles and best practices. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. -Fluency in English; any others language is an asset : French, German… -Curious, highly motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Proficiency in IT, including Office Suite (Excel…) and software relevant to order management and customer service operations.
