Description de emploiOur client, a leading fiduciary services provider, is looking for its new senior legal councel to complete its team.Your missions : » Manage portfolios. » Review contracts and prepare various legal documents. » Handle incorporation and liquidation of entities. » Perform compliance tasks for onboarding » Maintaining KYC. » Oversee all legal and operational events of client entities. » Maintain client contact and liaise with third parties. » Provide limited legal advice and guidance. Your profile : » Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience as a (senior) legal officer or in a comparable position. » Familiarity with Luxembourg's legal framework, regulations, and processes. » Strong verbal and written communication abilities. » Capability to work well within a team. » Engage with cross-functional stakeholders. » Understanding of securitizations and capital market transactions. » Upholds high ethical standards and integrity. » Proficiency in English, german is a plus.
