Support the team with operational and administrative tasks to manage client documentation and orders. Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient client service.

Our client is a prominent private bank and wealth management firm in Luxembourg, dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to a diverse clientele. They prioritize innovation, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Description
Key Responsibilities
   » Book daily market orders and manage corporate action events.
   » Handle requests from clients and account managers.
   » Perform Spanish Traspaso booking and reconciliation.
   » Conduct securities transfer and cash reconciliation (daily, weekly, monthly).
   » Manage cash transfers for private clients, trading desk, and IFA invoices.
   » Book Forex and forward transactions, and manage deposit bookings.
   » Ensure accurate transaction booking through four-eye controls.
   » Administer SWIFT and SEPA, and liaise with the compliance department for AML validation.
   » Participate in the Target 2 Consolidation Project as a tester.
   » Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve queries, escalate issues, and handle audit requests.
   » Maintain and update procedures and user guides.
   » Verify client signatures and update account information.
   » Manage account openings, closings, and maintenance.
   » Apply AML/KYC principles and validate contractual documents.
   » Conduct due diligence analysis and research documentation.
   » Support the operations area and provide backup when necessary.
Profile
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
   » Higher education in Finance (minimum BAC+3).
   » At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry.
   » Strong knowledge of international financial products and markets.
   » Experience with Olympic is a plus.
   » Proficient in English and Spanish; French is an asset.
   » Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
   » Proactive, open-minded, and responsible.
   » Strong analytical and organizational skills.
   » Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
