NCER-PD is a flagship programme funded by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) set up in Luxembourg in 2015. It aims at improving the diagnosis and stratification of Parkinson's disease to allow earlier diagnosis, preventive treatment, and personalised medicine. The Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) and the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) at the University of Luxembourg are among the partners of NCER-PD with the other leading biomedical research institutions in Luxembourg in collaboration with national and international partners and initiatives in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.
