We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Azure Cloud and Active Directory Engineer with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Cloud to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of the ITS Group Function in the Data Center & Cloud Solutions Department of Quintet Luxembourg. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and maintaining efficient cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and you will handle the deployment and operation of Microsoft’s Active Directory, Azure and O365 . Your expertise in cloud computing technologies, Azure services, and modern software development practices will be crucial. Key Accountabilities Design, Implement and Maintain Azure and Private Cloud Solutions » Design and architect new systems and enhancements to existing infrastructure (Cloud and On-Premises) » Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud solutions aligned with security best practices. » Ensure these solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and meet business requirements. » Deliver solutions in a timely manner while ensuring continuity of service » Ensure the quality of delivery by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements » Produce both high level and detailed technical documentation Cloud Infrastructure Management » Oversee the deployment, management, and operation of applications on Azure. » Configure cloud environments and ensure optimal performance. » Dashboards creation Collaboration and Planning » Develop technical partnerships with key support, architecture, and operations teams » Work closely with IT and development teams to plan and execute cloud strategies. » Provide guidance on Azure best practices. Continuous Improvement » Monitor and optimize cloud solutions for performance efficiency. » Stay updated on Azure’s evolving features and capabilities Knowledge and Experience » Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field » At least 5 years of experience in Windows system administration - production set-up and management » Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. » Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. » Experience working in a financial institution or other highly regulated sector is an advantage » Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus. » Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Attributes and Qualities » Well organized, self-motivated and proactive » High reactivity, flexibility, stress resistance » Strong communication skills (oral / written) » Clients and services oriented » Leadership, people management, teamwork » Interacting with business » Networking » Project management, Agile methodology » Sense of innovation Technical Skills » Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Virtual Machines. » Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools. » Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft's Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Entra ID Connect as it relates to Office 365 and Azure; » Experience with Entra ID SSO and modern authentication products such as SAML, OAuth; » Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID architecture, design, administration, and troubleshooting » Knowledge on Azure Infrastructure Building Blocks and core components (Management groups, Subscriptions, RBAC, resources groups, resources tagging, Azure Policies, Azure DNS, Azure VMs, Log analytics, Azure ARC, Storage accounts, SQL managed instances, Azure Vnets, Private Endpoints, …) » Knowledge on Microsoft Purview (Data classification, MIP Labels, Labelling Policies,…) » Security / hardening knowledge and proven expertise (NIST, or CIS). » Significant experience in a production environment » Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate would be a plus secteurs similaires .
