Description de emploiThe Data Section is responsible for the creation and update of the records in the Olympic/DataHub systems and for all aspects related to static data, either for securities or clients. Data Section works closely with Pricing Section which is in charge of the security portfolios evaluation and the collection and control of exchange rates.In order to support the team in place, we are looking for an Officer in the Data Section on a permanent contract. Your main tasks will be to: » Perform several controls and updates of the Security Master Files in accordance with trades and NAVs deadlines » Maintain accurate databases (daily Master files updates, control of floating rates and factors, analyse duplication and correction needs) » Identify financial products and collect information on several market providers » Proceed to the Security Master Files opening in the system » Ensure cut-off respect » Support colleagues in daily tasks » Apply department guidelines and procedures. Job requirements: » Studies in Finance » Ideally a first experience in a similar situation » Deep knowledge of financial products » Sound expertise on data vendors (Bloomberg, Six Financial Information, Ice Data Services) is an asset. » Very good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel. VBA knowledge is an asset. » Knowledge of the Olympic banking system, NeoXam DataHub is considered as a strong asset » Fluency in French and English » Quality-driven, attached to details and accuracy » Good stress resilience and organization skills » Excellent team spirit.
