Description de emploiOur client, a well-established family owned business ,who have a long standing history in providing a close and personal service to a large portfolio of demanding international clients, is looking to recruit a Head of Accounting to lead their finance team on all accounting and reporting responsibilities.This organisation offers you to be close to your clients, their future strategies and gaining the opportunity to really partner with your clients. In this role, your responsibilities will include: » Leading and managing a team of 7 staff » Managing a portfolio of holding company and financing company structures » Responsible for the reparation and review of monthly/quarterly reporting’s and annual accounts for Luxembourg client entities » Preparation of VAT declarations » Preparation of corporate tax returns » Ensures compliance with law and regulations » Will work in close cooperation with the legal/corporate team. To be successful in this role, you will need the following experience: » 10+ years accounting experience » Proven experience managing and leading a finance team » Master’s degree in accounting or finance (DSCG or similar) » Proven experience within financial/trust accounting » Good knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, knowledge of securitisation is a plus » Strong Excel skills » Strong verbal and written English (German is advantages) Apply now in English if you already work in Luxembourg and want to know more!
