Description de emploiAbout the roleOn behave of our client, a reputable firm specializing in fund management and investment services we are looking for a legal specialist experienced in of fund formation, fund distribution, fund registration and to be able to support the head of marketing in distributing their funds in other countries. This is an exciting opportunity for a individual with who can work autonomously with high degree of work ethic. Responsibilities Facilitate the distribution process of investment funds, including coordination with distribution partners. Assist in drafting and reviewing distribution agreements and marketing materials. Assist in the management of legal documentation and contracts. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure fund structures comply with relevant laws. Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records for fund entities Skills Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and document management. Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and distribution processes.
