Description de emploiJob purpose/roleAllianz maintains several investment vehicles (Allianz LuxCos) for alternative assets on behalf of the Allianz insurance companies. To administrate and manage these investment portfolios of more than 38bn Euros for equity, real estate and infrastructure in Luxembourg, a team of investment professionals was set up, providing investment management, accounting, controlling, legal and other operational services. To amplify our services we are searching for a Risk Analyst on full-time basis. You will work in the Risk Function of Allianz LuxCos in Luxembourg and directly report to the Head of Risk Management and Valuation. As a Risk Analyst you will be embedded in the Global Financial Control function of Allianz Investment Management SE ( AIM ) and support the process of evaluating investments for profitability & risk in Allianz Group, with special focus on operational risk management, investment risk & valuation. Key responsibilities » Support the roll-out of the groupwide operational risk management framework for our location including, process risk assessment, documentation and control environment effectiveness assessments » Support the implementation of risk management processes from a quantitative and qualitative risk management perspective for all Allianz LuxCos (also new platforms) » Support the quantitative investment risk community within AIM balancing the risk/return approach for investments including the coverage of relevant regulatory risk capital requirements (SII, Standard Model, other) » Develop further tools to support investment decisions and operations under consideration of risk/return profiles and the overall investment process » Monitor and assess valuation governance & processes in the AZ Group relevant for Allianz LuxCos Key requirements/Experience/Skills » Good university degree in business administration, economics or mathematics » Preferably 1-2 years working experience in a local or global risk function, audit and/or in investment or asset management » Knowledge about alternative assets and/ or operational risk management is a plus » Excellent skills in Microsoft Office » Fluency in English written and spoken » Team player with high motivation » Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize to the point, strong attention to detail » Strong communication skills » Ability to multi-tasking » Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, » Project management skills are a plus secteurs similaires .
