Your next challenge: The Senior Credit Structurer is responsible for assessing and evaluating the feasibility of credit request and providing structuring solutions within acceptable credit/risk parameters, while developing the Bank's lending portfolio in line with the Bank's strategy and risk appetite. Your Missions : » Analyse complex credit requests (SME Lux, Real Estate) and develop solutions within acceptable credit/risk parameters. » Provide the credit rating for requests. » Ensure credit structuring/granting is aligned with Bank's Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures. » Within the Delegation Authority Framework, decide on credit files. » Responsible for business development and revenues growth remaining within Bank's Risk Appetite. » Play a key role in credit approval process and follow up on the implementation of credit files in line with the decision. » Check the data quality of the credit request (in the systems and in the credit sheet). » Support the team manager in projects related to the improvement of work processes » Contribute to the training of junior analysts Your skills: » A significant experience working either in the Front Office or in credit risk management within the banking industry is required » English and French are mandatory. » Excellent understanding of credit activities » Excellent understanding of Corporate Banking (SME Lux, Real Estate) » Ability to maintain a balance between commercial and credit risk roles » Ability to identify credit opportunities and develop innovative solutions » Ability to interact with clients » Knowledge at the level of the national economy in construction and real estate development sector More requirements: » Strong initiative, self-motivation and ability to work in teams » Rigorous and well-organized » Open-mindedness, analytical and credit structuring skills » Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks, assess their impact and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures » Strong aptitude and experience in decision taking BIL offers a broad range of challenging projects and a huge choice of career paths .We will assist you in finding the one that best meets your skills and expectations.
