We are looking for (based in Niedercorn) a:
 

“CONSUMER SERVICES COORDINATOR EUROPE” (m/f) 

 
As Consumer Service Coordinator Europe, you will have following tasks. 
   » Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory level for after-sales service operations.
   » Analyze inventory data and track trends.
   » Coordinate import activities.
   » Contribute to continuous improvement for after-sales services in European markets.
   » Support the enhancement and implementation of reporting tools (Power BI, Salesforce).
   » Collaborate closely with various departments, manufacturing facilities, and external partners (carriers, third-party logistics providers, call centers).
   » Participate in the implementation of European projects aimed at improving customer service.
 
Profile 
   » Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management
   » Strong proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
   » Good command of English (C1 level)
   » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   » Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
   » Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
   » Proactive and action-oriented mindset
 
Work Environment: 
   » Start as soon as possible.
   » situation based in Niedercorn, Commune of Differdange
   » An industrial, multicultural, and challenging work environment
   » Part of an international group
   » Regular travel to Belgium (one day every two weeks)
