Description de emploiAs member of the Product Delivery team you will play an important role in how Advanzia collaborates across departments and support the growth of our business in a fast-changing environment. Within the Product & Growth department, the Product Delivery team is responsible for the requirements and change management. The team supports all business stakeholders and IT Services to deliver smart end-to-end banking solutions and products, which improve business processes and gain value for our customers. This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.ABOUT THE JOB l What will you do? As a Product Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for the following activities: » Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex business requirements as part of projects and/ or change initiatives » Provide end-to-end business solution proposals and recommendations for implementation according to your analysis, including technical solution design aligned with delivery and architecture teams » Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT Services) » Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners » Perform feasibility studies and in-depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives » Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise (business) processes ABOUT YOU l What’s your background? » Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or computer science » At least 3 years of relevant experience » Good practical knowledge in requirements engineering or product management and functional solution and process design » Knowledge of banking/payment platforms, or API-driven processes » Practical experience working with agile/lean methodologies like Scrum or Kanban would be an asset WHAT WE EXPECT l What are your skills? » Strong communication skills including active listening and negotiating » Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders » Strong sense of ownership and accountability » Customer-focused and solution-oriented personality » Excellent time management skills and a structured approach with the ability to set priorities in a fast changing and demanding environment » A precise and accurate working style with an eye for detail » Fluency in English is mandatory WHAT WE OFFER l What advantages will you have? » Competitive compensation package » Attractive benefits as part of the banking collective agreement » Wide range of additional advantages such as language courses contribution, health initiatives, employee travel insurance, preferential conditions for Advanzia products, etc. » Training and development initiatives » Dynamic and international environment #TeamAdvanzia » Participation in various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects as part of the bank’s Advanzia Plus initiative Where you will be working Located in bright and modern offices in Munsbach at 15 minutes from Luxembourg City, Advanzia currently employs around 200 employees from all over the world.
