Description de emploiOur client, a big international company, is now hiring a Software Renewal Officer to internalize this function in their office in Luxembourg !You missions : » Improve Renewal Processes Across Sales Channels. » Lead Renewal Lifecycle for Customers and Resellers. » Ensure Timely Offer Delivery. » Collaborate for Upsell Opportunities. » Proactively Follow Up for Acceptance. » Negotiate and Resolve Renewal Issues. » Maintain Up-to-Date CRM Records. » Manage Digital Contracts Efficiently. » Exceed Renewal Revenue Targets. » Foster Positive Relationships. Your profile : » Previous experience in software renewal management or customer service is essential. » Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is required. » Fluency in English (Written and Oral); French proficiency is advantageous, additional languages are a plus. » Strong customer service and sales orientation. » Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint). » Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with strong organizational skills. » Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
