Description de emploiOur client, a leading Private Equity firm who based in Luxembourg are seeking a Senior Accountant that will support a portfolio of unregulated entities (holding companies and SPVs). The Firm is adding talent to the team due to business growth and change.You will be involved in the day to day accounting and also have oversight of the accounts prepared by service providers. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Luxembourg holding companies to include all aspects of accounting, corporate governance and tax. This role will give you exposure to work closely with the finance team, including the CFO, Legal, investment teams and portfolio managers. Key tasks will include: » Day to day management of the Luxembourg holding companies » Preparation of financial statements according to LUX GAAP » Review accounts from service providers » Oversight of VAT and annual Tax returns » Preparation of bookkeeping, for holding entities » Support the audit function » Preparation of legal documents such as minutes of meetings, shareholder resolutions. » Assist with FATCA and CRS reports » Review cash balances and identify funding needs Candidate requirements: » 4+ years of Luxembourg experience working in private Equity or Financial services » Qualified Accountant or Bachelor Degree in Accounting » Excellent understanding of LUX GAAP and IFRS » Team player with a resourceful mind set » Self-starter, motivated and excellent communication skills » Due to visa restrictions, we cannot consider applicants without EU citizenship or a current permission to work in Luxembourg Apply now in English if you already work in Luxembourg and want to know more!
