Description de emploiDepositary Director - Alternative FundsOur client is looking for an experienced individual at Director level. Your remit will involve running a depositary business line as your own unit:- what you will gain… · You will have budget responsibilities: o Drafting and developing the yearly budget for the unit o Assessing growth plans, client goals and the impact on the P&L o Fee discussions with clients o Ownership of the P&L to manage your own resourcing for the team o Cash management and cash collection · Lead and develop business relationships with clients · Accompany business development directors providing technical and operational expertise on the services offered · Lead and develop a large team of professional depositary staff (including managers and senior managers) · Be part of the senior management team for the depositary function in Luxembourg (and across the Group) · Be involved in projects that impact the depositary business You need experience including: · A good understanding of the depositary banking/services business (you don’t need to be a depositary expert) · Proven experience as a good leader of people (minimum of 7 staff including Managers) · Enjoy working in a team-orientated environment · Be able to communicate effectively · Have passion for the work you do · Fluent English language skills · Strong practical experience of the Luxembourg Alternative funds market Apply now in English if you already work in Luxembourg and want to know more!
