Description de emploiICBC (Europe) S.A. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Beijing, P.R.C., the latter providing comprehensive financial products and services to its customers in six continents. Whereas the Headquarters of ICBC (Europe) S.A. is located in Luxembourg, the Bank has established branches in Belgium, France, Italy, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands. In order to strengthen the IT Department in Luxembourg, we are looking for an IT Help Desk Officer specialized in the banking and financing business. This will give unique opportunity to learn a mix of practical knowledge and technical skills in the European headquarters of the world's largest bank and gain international experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Your responsibilities: - Provide timely Helpdesk support to users and close Helpdesk tickets in due time; - Manage the hardware and software inventory; - Perform hardware (network devices, desktops, laptops, phones, printers, VMs, etc) and software installations, configurations and upgrade; - Ensure the hardware and software’s inventory, configuration and patching are properly managed while meeting the Bank’s IT&IS standards. Ensure that the identified vulnerabilities are tracked and remediated on time; - Manage the Server room and UPS room including the regular room inspection, inspection record completion, fire proof and water proof management, emergency rehearsal and service provider management, etc; - Provide support for the administration and maintenance of the Bank’s systems including implementation, installation, user management, history data archiving, trouble-shooting, etc; - Liaise with service providers in relation to data center, network, equipment, information security and service provisions; contact carriers for circuits, and other vendors for equipment and service installation, maintenance or troubleshooting; - Perform data backup and regular backup test; assist with Disaster Recovery testing and documentation; - Any other work assigned by the Head of IT Department. Your profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field; - Fluent in English, Mandarin would be considered as an advantage; - 2 years experience in IT Help Desk or IT support; - Recognized IT certifications preferred; - Familiar with information security, risk management and IT compliance requirements; - Hands-on experience in IT project management, Business Continuity Plan and service providers management; - Good organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills; - Good communication skills and team player; - Responsible, self-driven and proactive; - Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
