They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Regulatory Officer specializing in FATCA and CRS . This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that values expertise, fosters professional growth, and provides a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities: » Oversee and manage compliance with FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) regulations. » Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance. » Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement. » Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters. » Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation. » Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal processes accordingly. » Deliver training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations. » Collaborate with various departments to ensure integrated compliance strategies. Qualifications: » Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. » Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on FATCA and CRS. » Strong understanding of international tax regulations and compliance frameworks. » Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. » Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. » Strong communication and interpersonal skills. » Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
