What you can expect
Life Insurance business in the Freedom of Services for HNWI clients
The Middle Office has the primary objective to have a consolidated view of the relationship with Sales, Partners and Clients in order to guarantee a quality of service in line with the strategic objectives of Baloise.

The Middle Office takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries, is responsible for the onboarding of new partners such as Brokers, Asset managers and Custodian Banks, and is involved in most of the projects. The Middle Office coordinates client and partner enquiries between internal departments such as Legal, Wealth Planning, Assets, AML & Compliance, Product Management and Operations.
Your responsibilities within the Middle Office department :
   » Together with your colleagues you are in charge of the relationship with clients and partners (mainly brokers, asset managers and banks)
   » For all inquiries related to the daily business and all general topics you act as a first point of contact for our sales and partners
   » Your role is to take care of all inquiries, including the coordination with the involved departments such as operations, legal, asset controlling and sales
   » Managing the onboarding of new partners as a main contact, including training, follow-up on the journey with Baloise and taking care of all daily business
   » AML and Compliance plays of course an important role in our international business
   » You participate in projects
   » You will work in a multicultural and open-minded team with a very good spirit in a dynamic, international environment
 
What we expect
   » Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar situation within the financial industry
   » Deep knowledge of the Belgium LPS market is a clear advantage
   » French or Dutch is your mother tongue, both fluent written and spoken is a must. English is a clear additional asset
   » Very strong customer orientation
   » Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity
   » Excellent organizational skills
   » Rigorous, structured and reliable work methodology
   » Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility
   » Good knowledge of the Office package
