Job description:

As a Floor Services Manager, your role involves overseeing and coordinating floor operations at our London office to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and employee satisfaction.

As a Manager to two Assistants, you will also play a pivotal role in the effective functioning of our team, ensuring you're leading, motivating, and providing support to the team when needed.

Please note this is an on-site role where you will be required to come in to the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
   »
Ensure incoming/Outgoing mail is managed in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
   »
Ensure incoming/Outgoing packages are managed in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
   »
Ensure stationery levels are maintained in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
   »
Ensure copier paper levels are maintained in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
   »
Ensure Tea Point levels are maintained in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
   »
Ensure FSA quality control floor walks are completed in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
   »
Liaise with Building Management where necessary and as directed
   »
Liaise with vendors where necessary and as directed

Skills and abilities needed to perform the role
   »
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
   »
Professional Customer Services approach
   »
Exceptional attention to detail
   »
Organised, proactive and self-motivated
   »
Good relationship management and inter-personal skills both internally and externally;

Health & Safety experience
   »
Health & Safety experience would be an advantage but is not a must
   »
People Management (desirable)
   »
Extensive experience in a similar corporate real estate services (CRES) or facilities role would be advantageous.
   »
Fire Warden
   »
First Aider
