Description de emploiOur Head of Operations & IT will have the responsibilty for the management of the Operations and IT teams, including Project Management Office, and the coordination of the activities of the respective sectors according to the rules and procedures applicable in the group.Your main activities • Ensure the development of the technical tools and applications necessary for the effective management of the company‘s activities in a secure approach and in accordance with the rules set by the group. • Supervise the activities of the operations by increasing the productivity of the sectors while reducing the complexity and the heaviness of the management systems. • Manage the teams: manage the leave of the teammembers, manage potential conflicts within the teams, ensure the versatility of its employees, regularly assess their level of competence, identify training needs and offer appropriate training to enable them to evolve, perform the annual appraisal interview of its employees, correctly allocate the workload among its employees, taking into account each person‘s skills. • Manage the implementation of the various projects within the foreseen schedule and budget; responsible for sensitive cases and handle claims of all kind; carry out all the tasks delegated by the hierarchy and participate in the evolution projects of the company. • Monitor and update the procedures related to the activities under his responsibility and propose adaptations or even organizational improvements at the company level in order to improve the productivity of the company. • Respect the group‘s safety guidelines and study / follow the initiatives taken at group level with regard to new technologies in order to improve efficiency by taking advantage of group synergies. Required Experience • Experience of at least 8 years in a function of managing teams and organizing the activities of the insurance sector, with a particular interest for new technologies.
