Description de emploiThe registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. – as Representatives of the HARIBO Group in Luxembourg - is established in L-2663 Senningerberg, 6 Route de Treves, in the EBBC business complex, close to the Luxembourgish Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and currently employs mor than 87 employees.One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging, and print materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Markets Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well. Then be part of our mission and join our International Team in spreading happiness around the globe. We are looking to recruit a new SAP Master Data Specialist starting as soon as possible . The SAP MDS is part of a dynamic and international team, and is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality of Master Data. Relevant systems include, but are not limited to, SAP system. The SAP MDS will manage the organization’s critical data that are necessary for the continuity, efficiency, and quality of business operations, reporting and analysis, making the one an essential part of the team. The SAP MDS works closely with everyday users of various departments as well as with process experts. Main responsibilities: » Creation and maintenance of Master Data, including but not limited to business partners, materials, commercial prices and conditions » Increased data consistency » Upfront data cleansing and standardization » Support to business functions by troubleshooting data quality issues on an ongoing basis » Support on new developments and projects » Improvement and documentation of Master Data related processes Requested Profile: » Bachelor degree » At minimum 2 years experience as Data Maintenance Specialist » Relevant experience working with SAP and understanding of its mechanics » SAP Power User or Key User considered as an advantage » Intermediate Excel skills » Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills » Reliable and pro-active » Strong sense of detail and analytical skills » Process-driven, solution-oriented and customer service oriented » Ability to work independently as well as in a team » Well-developed verbal and written communication skills » Languages: fluent business English *** Data Protection Information By providing us per Email with your CV and the respective personal information you are permitting RIGO Trading S.A. to access and use the information for recruitment purposes (Art. 6 I lit.b DSGVO).
