Are you capable to optimize financial processes and leverage cutting-edge technologies, to drive efficiency and profitability? Take the first step towards an exciting career in finance!WHAT IS THE ROLE? » Act as a key financial business partner for our subsidiaries and corporate management team; » Drive monthly closing and reporting process for FANUC Europe Group including compiling cost information, reviewing details, understanding variances, investigating discrepancies and working with regional finance managers; » Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the product line’s financial reports and monthly result presentations for internal reporting to top management; » Support the improvement of the annual business plan and the development of a rolling forecast processes; » Support analysis of investments and preparation of related business case materials; » Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and planning processes; » Support the design and implementation of reporting and planning tools (in particular based on Corporate Planning, BI, and Excel) as well as the visualization of key figures in dashboards; » Support internal controls and audit requests; » Create of ad-hoc reports and analyses for management and other stakeholders. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? » Bachelor and/or Master degree in business administration or a similar course of studies with a controlling, finance, or accounting focus; » A strong background in controlling (minimum 3 years) within a complex, multi-entity and multi-national environment. An experience in accounting and finance is seen as an advantage; » Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights; » Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular Excel; » Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able of interacting with all levels; » Team player, thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented and international environment; » Proactive working style, conceptual skills, and ability to take initiatives; » Experience in consolidation programs e.g. Corporate Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
